Step 2 - Ops audit (optional but recommended). I go deep on your current workflows and deliver a written report with findings and prioritized recommendations. Most clients find this pays for itself immediately.
Step 3 - Choose your package. Based on your goals and audit findings, we agree on the right level of support and get started.
Step 4 - Get to work. We map our your first month, connect your tools, and start making things run smoother - fast.

All packages include a free 30-minute discovery call. No long-term contracts - cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Ops Audit - $400 : Not sure where to start? The audit gives you a clear picture of what's working, what isn't, and exactly what to fix first. Includes a 60-minute intake session, a written findings report, and a debrief call. Delivered within 5 business days. The natural first step before any retainer.
Foundation - $900/month : 10 hours of support per month plus a 2-hour flex buffer. Includes one automation build or update, ongoing ops and admin support, email support, and a monthly check-in call. Best for: small businesses ready to start delegating and automating.
Growth - $1,600/month : 20 hours of support per month plus a 2-hour flex buffer. Includes up to two automation builds, ops support and process documentation, priority email support, bi-weekly calls, and a monthly strategy session. Best for: growing businesses that need consistent, proactive support,
Scale - $2,500/month : 30 hours of support per month plus a 3-hour flex buffer. Includes up to four automation builds per month, full ops support, AI implementation, Claude training for your team, priority access, and weekly calls. Complex builds count as two credits. Best for: businesses ready for deep partnership and real transformation.
